3. Exercise for 8 minutes (You'll receive the exercise video by email once after register)

1. Log your weight
2. Take a picture
3. Share your result with coach Jobi

Note: 1-2 kg per week is a safe weight loss goal and If you're stuck with anything email Coach Jobi or if you're part of the VIP, then use the VIP Chat. Let's get started.
