4 Tips To Make 2024 Your Best Year

If your goal is to make 2024 your best year, then you need to read this blog post because I'm going to share four tips to ensure your 2024 is the best it can be.

Let me ask you a question, be very honest in your answer:

Do you really want 2024 to be your best year?

If the answer is yes, the next question is: What does best year mean to you?

Is it good health, more money, a happy family?

Are you clear about the meaning of the best?

Here are the four tips to make your 2024 the best:

TIP #1: Clearly understand the direction you're headed

A question I often ask my coaching client is,

"What exactly is your wish for 2024?"

Many say, "My wish is to be happy and healthy."

I then ask, "How do you define 'happy and healthy?'"

A thoughtful pause is the response most of the time.

Are you clear about your 2024 wish?

If my guess is correct, you know your wishes and goals.

Make sure you have clarity about three topics:

1. Your health
2. Your wealth
3. Your family

A good question to start with is, "What exactly do I want my health to be this year?"

Less fat, more muscle, or something else?

So, tip #1 is to make sure you're very clear about your goals, vision, and dreams.

TIP #2: Turn your vision into goals

Suppose your vision is to keep your body fat percentage less than 15%.

A good question to ask next is, "For me to keep my body fat percentage under 15%, what exactly do I have to do every day?"

so, tip #2 is to turn your vision into actionable goals.

TIP #3: Make a plan

Plan your day in advance.

Don't let things happen by accident; take control.

A good set of questions to ask yourself:

a. What time do I want to wake up tomorrow?

b. What is the first thing I will do right after waking up?

c. What is the second thing I will do after waking up?
d. ...

TIP #4: Get things done

Last year, I made a plan to walk 8000 steps every day.

Do you know how many days I followed this plan? Every day.

Consistency is the key to success.

Consistency is a mindset thing.

Are you consistently completing your to-do list?
